At MJ Consulting, our Leadership Program is dedicated to educating, supporting, and empowering individuals and organizations through a holistic, human-centered approach. Our program integrates three core focuses—Somatic Coaching, Cultural Consciousness, and Liberatory Leadership Design—to create dynamic and effective leaders.

 

  • Somatic Coaching: We emphasize the connection between mind and body in leadership, helping individuals become more attuned to their physical and emotional responses. This practice strengthens self-awareness and emotional intelligence, empowering leaders to navigate challenges with resilience and presence.
